Lift & Box Gym is bringing the energy to The Canopy at Lane Cove on Saturday, 21 March 2026 from 10am - 4pm, with an exciting live showcase of what we do best. Come and see our Coaches,  Members plus our Amateur & Professional Boxing personalities in action through exhibition sparring, technical boxing demonstrations, and fitness-based training that highlights the skill, discipline, and fun behind boxing. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already curious about the sport, this is your chance to watch, learn, ask questions, listen the Elite Athletes, our members and experience the Lift & Box vibe up close. There will be loads on display, interviews, merchandise giveaways, Free training session giveaways and selfie opportunities for the kids. Drop by, check us out, and see if boxing is for you.
